These Terms of Service explain the rules for using FulfilQ. By accessing or using our website, creating an account, submitting information or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these terms.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use FulfilQ.

1. About FulfilQ

FulfilQ is an online platform that helps businesses discover, compare and connect with logistics providers and other companies supporting the eCommerce and supply chain ecosystem.

FulfilQ is operated by Salvigo Limited, referred to in these terms as "FulfilQ", "we", "us" or "our".

2. Who Can Use FulfilQ

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into an agreement to use FulfilQ.

If you use FulfilQ on behalf of a company or another organisation, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms on its behalf.

3. Using the Website

You may use FulfilQ to search for providers, explore services, submit enquiries, create or manage a listing and access any other features we make available.

You agree not to:

• Provide false, misleading or inaccurate information
• Impersonate another person or business
• Use FulfilQ for unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our website, accounts or systems
• Upload viruses, malicious code or other harmful material
• Scrape, copy, harvest or reproduce website data without our written permission
• Interfere with the operation, security or performance of the website
• Use FulfilQ to send spam or unsolicited marketing
• Infringe the rights of FulfilQ, our users or any third party

We may restrict, suspend or remove access where we reasonably believe these terms have been breached.

4. Provider Listings

Provider listings may include information submitted by the provider, gathered from publicly available sources or prepared with the assistance of artificial intelligence.

Providers are responsible for ensuring that information about their business, services, locations, capabilities, pricing, integrations and accreditations is accurate and kept up to date.

FulfilQ may edit, categorise, format or remove listing content to maintain the quality, consistency and usefulness of the platform.

A listing on FulfilQ does not mean that we have independently verified, approved or endorsed the provider unless we clearly state otherwise.

5. Search, Matching and AI Features

FulfilQ may use artificial intelligence, automated systems and other data to generate search results, matches, recommendations, summaries and content.

These outputs are intended to support research and decision-making. They may not always be complete, current or accurate and should not be treated as professional, legal, financial, customs, tax or supply chain advice.

Users remain responsible for checking information, carrying out due diligence and deciding whether a provider is suitable for their requirements.

We may update or change how our search, matching and AI systems operate at any time.

6. Connections Between Users and Providers

FulfilQ helps users discover and connect with providers. We are not a party to any contract, quotation, agreement or transaction entered into between a user and a provider.

Users and providers are responsible for:

• Carrying out their own checks and due diligence
• Agreeing the scope, price and terms of any services
• Checking licences, insurance, accreditations and regulatory requirements
• Managing payments, contracts, disputes and service delivery
• Protecting any confidential or commercially sensitive information they share

We are not responsible for the actions, omissions, services, advice, pricing or performance of any user or provider.

7. Paid Listings and Subscriptions

Some listings, promotional positions and platform features require payment.

The applicable price, billing period and included features will be shown when the plan is purchased or agreed. Unless stated otherwise, recurring subscriptions will renew automatically using the payment method provided until cancelled.

You may cancel a recurring subscription in accordance with the cancellation process shown in your account or payment confirmation. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period.

Fees already paid are non-refundable unless required by law or expressly agreed by us.

We may change our prices or plan features. Any change to the price of an existing recurring subscription will be communicated before it applies.

Paid membership does not guarantee:

• Leads, enquiries or new business
• A specific position in search results
• Website traffic or conversions
• Inclusion in external search engines or AI-generated answers
• Revenue, sales or any particular commercial outcome

8. Lifetime Plans and Promotional Offers

Where FulfilQ offers a lifetime plan, "lifetime" means for as long as FulfilQ continues to operate the relevant service or product. It does not guarantee that FulfilQ, any particular feature or the platform will operate indefinitely.

Promotional, founding member and other discounted offers may have separate conditions. Where those conditions conflict with these terms, the specific written conditions of the offer will apply.

9. Submitted Content

If you submit text, images, logos, business information, reviews or other material to FulfilQ, you confirm that:

• You own the material or have permission to use it
• It is accurate and not misleading
• It does not infringe another person's rights
• We may use it to operate, display, promote and improve FulfilQ

You retain ownership of your content but grant FulfilQ a non-exclusive, worldwide and royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, format, edit, publish and promote that content in connection with the platform and our marketing.

You may ask us to update or remove content, although we may retain information where required for legal, security or record-keeping purposes.

10. Intellectual Property

The FulfilQ website, branding, design, software, databases, platform structure, written content and original materials belong to FulfilQ or our licensors.

You may not copy, sell, license, distribute, reverse engineer or commercially exploit our intellectual property without written permission.

You may link to publicly available FulfilQ pages provided the link is lawful, accurate and does not falsely suggest a partnership or endorsement.

11. Third-Party Websites and Services

FulfilQ may contain links to third-party websites, tools and services. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, security, availability or privacy practices.

Following a third-party link or using a third-party service is at your own discretion and risk.

12. Availability and Changes

We aim to keep FulfilQ available and functioning correctly, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

We may modify, suspend, replace or discontinue any part of FulfilQ for maintenance, security, commercial or operational reasons.

We are not responsible for losses caused by temporary outages, technical issues, third-party services or events outside our reasonable control.

13. Privacy and Cookies

Our collection and use of personal information are explained in our Privacy Policy.

We also use cookies and similar technologies to operate the website, understand its use and improve the user experience. Where required, you can manage your cookie preferences through our cookie consent tool.

14. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FulfilQ will not be liable for:

• Loss of revenue, profit, business, contracts, data or anticipated savings
• Indirect or consequential loss
• Decisions made using listings, recommendations or AI-generated content
• The actions, omissions or performance of users or providers
• Disputes or transactions between users and providers
• Events outside our reasonable control

Where liability cannot legally be excluded, our total liability relating to FulfilQ will be limited to the amount you paid us during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. If you have not paid us, our total liability will be limited to £100.

15. Responsibility for Claims

If your unlawful use of FulfilQ, your submitted content or your breach of these terms causes a claim, loss or reasonable cost to FulfilQ, you may be responsible for that loss or cost to the extent permitted by law.

16. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using FulfilQ at any time.

We may suspend or terminate an account, remove a listing or restrict access where:

• These terms have been breached
• Payment remains overdue
• Information is fraudulent, harmful or misleading
• Continued access creates a legal, security or reputational risk
• We are required to do so by law

Where appropriate, we will provide reasonable notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms when FulfilQ, our services or legal requirements change.

The latest version will be published on this page with the updated date. Continuing to use FulfilQ after an update means you accept the revised terms.

18. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction over disputes relating to these terms, subject to any mandatory rights that apply under local law.
